Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
I have experience shooting in all lighting situations. I started my photography journey in college in Italy. I learned how to first shoot everything in beautiful natural light. I then went to graduate school and got my Masters of Photography. I learned how to use flashes and external lighting to help get things that natural light can't achieve such lighting both the subject and a blue sky (If you look at many photographers photos they get a white sky at all times - if the sky is blue - I love to make it pop*). I have shot tons of weddings so I like to mix my experience with natural light and external lights and use the appropriate one in the lighting situation. In weddings the lighting changes all the time so I think this is a big asset about what I do since some photographers use flashes at all times and some never use one. I love that I know how to use both and make the photos look great!

Is your media preference film or digital?
For weddings I prefer digital. It is easier to get your lighting right and take tons of photos for your clients. In the fast-moving pace of weddings - shooting digital is an asset. It is also easier to share with my clients. Still, in my heart of hearts and spare time I love shooting film. It was how I was taught and is a beautiful art form. I can spend hours upon hours developing photos in the dark room. But for weddings I stick to digital.

How many photographers do you work with?
2

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
I am at every single event as the primary photographer and I have a second shooter that will shoot with me if your package includes one.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I bring 3 SLR Cameras, flashes, many lenses, extra batteries, extra memory cards, reflectors to reflect the light and a large one to block the sun if it is creating bad lighting on a person during the photo session.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, always.

Do you charge hourly or full day?
I charge hourly. The longer we shoot the more photos you will receive and the more time we spend editing your photos.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
We are available to shoot extra hours on your wedding day. We charge $200 extra per hour.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We do require that the client provides a meal for any event 5 hours or longer. If the meal was not provided, we would have to leave the event and we'd much rather not waste any time we could be shooting your wedding!

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We provide a sneak peak with about 15 photos within 10-12 days of the wedding. The final CD and online gallery will be delivered within 6-10 weeks depending on our volume of weddings at the time.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes. Every client receives all of the high-resolution digital files of the photos via CD or USB. You also will receive a signed print release to bring to the photo processor (many places require this to print professional photographs). ** Will images be available for viewing online?**
Yes they will in a password-protected gallery for family and friends to view. They will also have the option to order prints.

What kind of albums do you offer?
Flushmount albums, seamless bind book albums, and coffee table books. ** When will the client get the final album?**
The client first has to share 100-200 photos they would like to have in the album. Once I have this I create the first set of proofs. When the proofs are ready - I send them to the client for them to tell me any changes they would like to be made. We proceed until the client is happy with it and ready to print. The timeline depends on how fast the client gets back to me on the photos and proofs.
